Thai Table Massage. Thai massage or Thai yoga massage, in Thailand is also referred to as "Nuad Borarn" which translates to "ancient wind".  With deep roots in traditional Thai medicine, Buddhism, and yoga, Thai massage is truly a sacred healing art that stimulates the healing energies within the body through a magical blend of massage, therapeutic stretching (lazy man's yoga), acupressure and reflexology.
Thai massage embraces a holistic approach in treating the whole person, not just a particular body part or symptom.  Our vital life force or energy travels through channels or pathways called Sen lines.  This energy is known as "Lom" in Thai, which means "wind".  The Primary goal of Thai massage is to stimulate the flow of energy to release blockages caused by physical injuries, bad posture, stress, emotional trauma, etc.  The result is balance and harmony within the physical body, the energy field, the mind, the emotions and the spirit.

$60/60min., $90/90min.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage -helps to eliminate scar tissue, adhesions and injury to deep layers of muscle, tendons, and fascia.  Cross friction, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques are often incorporated.  At times this therapy may be uncomfortable and cause residual soreness for a few days, before resulting in pain relief and increased mobility.  It is often regional work and it is more invigorating than a general Swedish massage.

$30 /30min., $60/60min., $90/ 90min.

Swedish Relaxation
is most familiar. A gentle, soothing massage utilizing light to moderate pressure with long, flowing strokes. Probably the most well recognized modality, Swedish Massage induces relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain and alleviates stress. It is the basis for most massages and typically involves the full body and leaves clients feeling not only relaxed but also rejuvenated.

$30 /30min., $60/60min., $90/ 90min.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage promotes relaxation while increasing general circulation, reducing fatigue, improving the efficiency of the lymphatic system and decreasing muscular pain and discomfort. Postpartum massage helps to decrease postpartum depression and assists in the rehabilitation of abdominal skin, muscles, and organs. Use of the Body Cushion System is available and, thereby, allows the client to lay comfortably prone or on one's stomach. Additional bolsters and pillowing are also used to promote comfort and full relaxation.

$60/60min., $90/ 90min.

Hot Stone Massage. This treatment provides deep relaxation by using stones of various sizes, weights and temperatures laid upon and underneath the body. Heated stones are then used with various oils in soothing, flowing strokes to induce muscle relaxation, flush out toxins and bring nutrients to damaged tissues.

Ear Coning.  Also known as Ear Candling, a cone-shaped candle is placed in the ear and lit on one end. Smoke from the candle travels down into the ear canal creating a vacuum which draws out toxins, yeast and excess wax. Ear coning is also believed to help with common ear problems such as tinnitus, hearing problems, ear pain and the relief of sinus pressure.

$45/45 min.
